Finance-led, not IT-led

Every engagement is led by a qualified accountant. That means the mapping decisions, the reconciliation logic and the reporting design are made by someone who has closed a set of books, not translated through a business analyst.

We work inside your team, not alongside it

Most of our work has been embedded in project teams while the day-to-day finance function keeps running. We’re used to balancing transformation deadlines against month-end, and to being the point of contact between finance and IT.

Nothing goes live unmapped

Data doesn’t move until finance can see exactly how it’s been mapped, agree it, and reconcile the result. Every migration comes with validation and a reconciliation trail.

The handover matters as much as the build

We document what we build and train the people who’ll own it. When we leave, the process still runs, and finance still has access to the legacy data it relied on.

Scoped to the problem
