Designed and built a finance data warehouse bringing financial and operational data into one model, giving finance and the wider business a single reporting solution rather than competing extracts.

25+ entities migrated to a new cloud ERP

Mapped legacy finance data (master data, GL, fixed assets, AR and AP) for a global information and insights group, built the ETL model carrying the mapping rules, and migrated over 25 financial entities. Finance kept full access to legacy data through a purpose-built reporting front-end.

A four-year ERP programme delivered for a listed events group

Led finance data migration across 20+ entities into SAP, alongside month-end reporting improvements for the business-as-usual team throughout the programme.

Month-end board pack fully automated

For a specialist wine business, rebuilt the board pack to draw automatically from the ERP and the sales and warehousing platform, removing a manual monthly build entirely. The same engagement reconciled three years of VAT transactions and recovered overpaid VAT from HMRC.
